In summer of 2019, Oklahoma Spine Hospital implemented a new e-mail filter. This filter monitors and catches spam, nefarious email and helps keep our facility safe from malware, phishing and impersonation attempts.
You should receive a daily journal of some messages that our spam filter labeled as "spam". The spam filter allows you, the sender, the ability to control which mail you would like to flow in to your inbox.
Release: This allows that particular piece of mail to flow to your inbox.
Block: This will block that mail from coming to you.
Permit: This will "permit" the sender and allow them to send you emails in the future.
Occasionally, we may have to adjust these rules depending on where the emaikl originates from. If you still have issues, please get in contact with helpdesk.
